Touch ‘n Go Group Independent Non-Executive Director
Hisham was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of Touch ‘n Go Sdn. Bhd. on 1 November 2021. He is also an independent non-executive director of Telekom Malaysia Berhad, KPJ Healthcare Berhad and Aeon Co. (M) Bhd.
Prior to 2019, he was Chief Operating Officer of Astro Overseas Limited, a privately owned company investing in media assets across developed and emerging markets. Before that, he served nine years at the investments division of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, where his last position was as an Investment Director. He spent the early part of his career as an Investment Analyst at Crosby, Barings and UBS pre-1998 Asian Financial Crisis.
Hisham has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and MS and BS in Mathematics from Illinois State University. He is also a CFA charter holder.
