SmartTAG is a vehicle on-board unit that works in combination with the TNG card and enables users to pay toll. It is a battery-operated electronic device that receives and transmits the information between the TNG card and the tolling system at a toll plaza.

Need your SmartTAG fixed? 

Step 1: Purchase one (1) prepaid POS Laju/ POS Malaysia Envelope @ RM6.00 each.

Step 2: Write down the delivery address to Touch ‘n Go in the consignment note of the prepaid envelope (TNG address: Operations Management Unit (OMU), Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd, Level 10, Tower 6, Avenue 5, Bangsar South, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).

Step 3: Write down your full details at the consignment note including your full name, contact number, email and address for us to return the SmartTAG to you.

Step 4: Insert your faulty SmartTAG into the purchased prepaid envelope.

Step 5: Place the consignment note in the space on the cover, seal the envelope and hand it over to the counter.

Step 6: Retain the courier receipt and postal order receipt for your reference.

Note: You do not need to send your SmartTAG accessories (battery and bracket) for repair.
