1. What is Fleet Xs?
 
Fleet Xs is a Touch ‘n Go post paid card with auto reload facility for the business communities. TNGSB will provide the credit facility just like normal corporate credit card concept.
   
2. What are the differences of Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs as compared to Touch ‘n Go Zing Auto Reload Card?
 
No. Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs Touch ‘n Go Zing / HybridAuto Reload Card
1 It can only be used to pay toll at highway. It can be used for all Touch ‘n Go services.
2 Applicable for all vehicle categories i.e. lorry, passenger car, van etc. Only applicable for Class 1 Vehicle (passenger car) at PLUS Highway.
3 Customisable card design, where the pass holder’s name and vehicle number can be embossed on the card. Not customisable card design.
4 Optional reload denominations. Reload denomination is fixed at RM100.
   
3. What are the advantages of Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs?
 
No daily cash disbursement to staff.
No cash reconciliation problem.
Better control over fleet vehicles’ movement.
Able to track toll transaction at the click of the mouse.
Post payment facility.
By encouraging fleet vehicles to use highway, corporations could enjoy the following benefits indirectly:
i. Faster journey
ii. More economical fuel consumption
iii. Lower vehicle maintenance cost
   
4. Who can apply the Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs?
 
Any company, firm or organization is eligible to apply for the Touch ‘n Go Corporate Fleet Xs.
   
5. How to apply the Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs?
 
Step 1
Company’s representative need to obtain the Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs Application Form from TNGSB’s office, Touch ‘n Go Point-Of-Sale or apply online.

Send the application to TNGSB by courier/hand. The application should consist:
a The original application form.
b All relevant documents (requirement is stated in the form).
c Payment (Security Deposit, Initial Amount and Annual Fee).


Step 2
TNGSB will process the application by verifying the documents and payment, followed by producing the Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs.

Note: TNGSB will take seven (7) working days from the date of receiving the completed application form to produce the Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs.
   
6. How much should I pay to get the Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs?
  Please call our Sales Department at 03-76254700 to get your quotation.
   
7. When will the Fleet Xs be reloaded?
 
The first initial amount will be reloaded into the card at TNGSB before they are sent to corporations/fleet operator.

The card will reload automatically whenever the balance falls below RM50 threshold. No manual top up is required.
   
8. What is the payment procedure?
 
Fleet Operator will be issued with an invoice every fortnightly.

Or when the reload amount reaches eighty-percent (80%) of the Security Deposit.

TNGSB will fax the invoice to the Fleet Operator.

Fleet Operator must pay the reload amount within fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice. Payment is to be banked-in into

9. 9) What will happen if the payment is defaulted?
 
All cards under the Fleet Operator’s account will be deactivated (automatic reload facility will be disabled but card can still be used until the balance depleted)

Once payment has been made, TNGSB will fax a Reactivation Letter to the Fleet Operator. The Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs can then be activated at selected Point-Of-Sales.
   
10. Can I manually reload the Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs?
 
No. The Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs comes with an auto reload facility. Any manual reload activity will spoil the auto reload mechanism.
   
11. What happen if the card balance is insufficient?
 
If there is insufficient card balance, the vehicle’s driver is required to pay cash to settle the toll differences.
   
12. How do I get replacement for lost card/faulty card? Do I have to pay any service charge?
 

For lost card, Fleet Operator must notify TNGSB via fax or letter, followed by telephone calls to TNGSB Careline Consultants at 03-76285115 to confirm that TNGSB received the notification.

TNGSB will transfer all unutilised balance to a new/replacement card. The replacement card will be courier to the Fleet Operator within 14 working days from the date of the report.

For faulty card, Fleet Operator must report and send the card to TNGSB Headquarters.

13. I have signed the auto reload denomination amount during my application. Can I change to a new reload denomination?
  Yes.  Fleet Operator is allowed to change to a new reload denomination.
   
14. Can I link my Touch ‘n Go manual reload card to Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs account to enjoy the auto reload and post payment facilities?
  No.
   
15. Can I transfer my unutilised balance in Touch ‘n Go manual reload card to Touch ‘n Go Fleet Xs?
