User's Guide
INSTALL YOUR SmartTAG CORRECTLY
The SmartTAG should be mounted on the front windscreen of the car using the provided bracket.
Incorrect installation will result in transaction failure and lane barrier will not be lifted.
Do not hold the SmartTAG when driving through the StnartTAG lane.
Do not place SmartTAG on the dashboard or point the infrared panel towards the driver or install it upside down.
Note:
a.
Ensure Sufficient Card Balance
Please refer to the Toll Fare Indicator screen, to check your card balance when you drive through the SmartTAG Lone.
b.
Check the SmartTAG Battery Level
Low Battery will cause transaction failure. Therefore, please change your battery when you hear continuous "beeping" sound
SAFETY FIRST
Reduce your vehicle speed and keep a safe distance from the front vehicle when passing through the lane.
USE THE INTERCOM FOR ASSISTANCE
Please use the intercom to seek assistance from the toll plaza staff.
