| REVISED TOUCH ‘N GO FLEETPASS TERMS & CONDITIONS |
In line with our aspiration to focus on improving our service quality to our valued customers, we have revised the Touch ‘n Go Fleetpass Terms & Conditions (T&C), which will be effective 1 May 2008.
We wish to highlight four (4) new major changes in the T&C, as follows:

Yearly rebate on Security Deposit paid in cash
A rebate of 1.5% p.a on the value of Security Deposit paid in cash by TNGSB. (Please note that this is not applicable for Security Deposit in the form of Bank Guarantee)
The rebate will be reflected on the first bill/invoice of the year, effective January 2009. |

Cheque Returned Fee of RM 50.00 per cheque |
| 3. |
Request for hard copy of the bill/invoices will be subjected to RM5 per invoice. |
| 4. |
Late Payment Penalty Fee of 1% per month on overdue amount
Penalty of 1% per month will be charged on overdue amount. The fee will be reflected in the next bill/ invoice.

Please find enclosed the revised T&C for your attention and the T&C is also available at our website www.touchngo.com.my.Continuous use of the Fleetpass will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Fleetpass T&C.
