RESPONSE TO “TOUCH ‘n GO HASSLE” PUBLISHED IN MALAY MAIL OPINION SECTION (PG: 37) ON 26/1/2007
On behalf of Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Rangkaian Segar Sdn Bhd) (TNGSB), we would like to respond to the above letter written by Full of Hope from Seremban.
In order for us to further investigate the above complaint, we would like to request for Full of Hope to furnish us with the following for our immediate follow-up action on the matter:
- Bank that provide the ATM with Touch ‘n Go reload service
- Location of the ATM machine
- Time in which the transaction was made
- Touch ‘n Go card number
