Many factors could have contributed to the system failing to register the entry information of the Touch ‘n Go card, eg. Insensitive card resulting the card failure to function properly when touched to the reader.
It is highly advisable to have your card checked at any of our Touch ‘n Go Customer Service Centres to further avoid any future disruptions.
