REPLY TO MALAY MAIL HOTLINE 1st DECEMBER 2006

We refer to the complaint highlighted by En Abdul Rauf Abdullah.

His refund of RM41.60 was first processed in March but unfortunately the customer did not receive the cheque, which was mailed to him to his valid address.

We were unaware of the fact that the replacement cheque also got lost in mail, until it was highlighted by the customer recently.

However, his refund of RM41.60 was banked into his account today.

We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
