Following to your comments in the above newspaper, allow us to respond to the issues highlighted:

The reload facility at highways is made available as an extension of the highway companies’ effort to further enhance their operational efficiency.
Currently, the service providers (e.g. highway concessionaires) that offers the reload facility are as follows: |

| Additionally, customers can also walk-in to our new Touch ‘n Go Hub and Drive-Thru Kiosk located at our head office in Faber Towers, Jalan Kelang Lama. |

RM0.50 surcharge at Petronas StationReload facilities |
| |
|
As you are aware the Touch ‘n Go can be used at all highways in Malaysia, as well as LRT and KTM Komuter. For operational efficiency, the service providers (e.g. highway concessionaires) also provide the Touch ‘n Go reload services for free.
Petronas stations and other reload agents are categorised as independent agents, and the surcharge of 50 sen imposed is to cover their operational costs. The same surcharge of 50 sen also applies for reload facilities at ATM machines. For auto-reload facility via the Touch ‘n Go Zing cards with the respective banks credit card, a surcharge of RM2 is imposed. |
We wish to express that the appointment of reload agents in order to further expand our reload network is for the convenience of our customers.
