RESPONSE TO TOUCH ‘N GO: THIS GLITCH IS COSTING US TOO MUCH - News Straits Times (5 October 2006)
On behalf of Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Rangkaian Segar Sdn Bhd) (TNGSB), the operator of the Touch ‘n Go Electronic Payment System (EPS) and SmartTAG, we would like to respond to the above letter which was published on 4th October 2006.
In order for us to further investigate the above complaint, we would like to request for YBhg Datuk Nordin Yusof from Subang Jaya, to furnish us with the Touch ‘n Go card number for our immediate follow-up action on the matter.
