Kuala Lumpur, Tuesday:- Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd (TNGSB), the operator of Touch ‘n Go cards, has given a new look and feel to its Sales & Service Center located at Menara Faber in Taman Desa.
Now known as the Touch ‘n Go Hub, the center now boasts of modern minimalist concept, reflecting the fundamental values of TNGSB – integrity, customer focused, team work and passion for success. It was officially launched today by Dato’ Seri S. Samy Vellu, Minister of Works Malaysia.
Apart from reviving the image of TNGSB and Touch ‘n Go to warm and friendly, the new Touch ‘n Go Hub is also expected to improve delivery time and process flow.
Expected to reduce customer waiting time from 15 to 4 minutes, the new center now have four counters handling enquiries, selling SmarTAGs and Touch ‘n Go cards, provide reload services and attend to Local Orders from Government agencies. With a daily average of 150 walk–in customers daily, forty percent of the transactions are on sales and reloading of Touch n’ Go card while the remaining percentage comprise other enquiries.
“The new look represents and exhibits the company’s aspiration and desire to provide outstanding customer service to the public. In this context, the hub will be the place to convene and deliver all TNGSB’s promises to its customers and the general public,” said TNGSB Chairman Datuk Yahya Yaacob:-
The hub will also be offering online registrations, making it hassle-free for customers to register their Touch ‘n Go cards.
TNGSB started its operations in Malaysia in March 1997. Its headquarters is situated in Menara Faber Kuala Lumpur. Currently, there are more than 3 million Touch ‘n Go cards in circulation and over 500 thousand SmartTAG users in the country. |
