Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Rangkaian Segar Sdn Bhd), the operator of Touch ‘n Go and SmartTAG, is now offering hassle-free reload services for customers to top the card in the comfort of their car.

This is made possible with the introduction Touch ‘n Go drive-through kiosk.  TNGSB launched the first kiosk at its Head Office yesterday, which is located at Faber Towers, Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur.

TNGSB Chairman, Datuk Yahya Yaacob said that this is the company’s latest effort to provide greater convenience to its customers. It is an addition to the existing Customer Service Center at its headquarters, which receives an average of over 350 customers per day.

He said, “With this new drive-through kiosk, customers need no longer park their cars for basic counter services like purchasing and reloading Touch ‘n Go cards.  It is a service that puts customer’s satisfaction in our priority”.

Datuk Yahya said TNGSB would explore the opportunity to expand Touch ‘n Go drive-through kiosk to more strategic locations.  The company would approach parking operators and building owners to sell this idea.

The operating hours for Touch ‘n Go drive-through kiosk at Faber Towers are as follow:

Monday – Friday:	8.30am – 8.00pm
Saturday:	8.30am – 2.00pm
