First launched Touch ‘n Go Electronic Payment System at Metramac Highway and later on expanded the service to PLUS Expressways.
May 2000
Became an ISO9002 certified company.
Nov 2000
Won the Silver Award for “The Best Call Centre” category from Call Centre Association Malaysia.
Nov 2002
Successfully selected by Malaysian Government as the Common Ticketing System operator for major public transportation in Klang Valley i.e. LRT, KL Monorail, KTM Komuter, ERL and Rapid KL.
July 2004
Became the Single Electronic Toll Collection operator for all highways in Malaysia.
Sep 2005
Touch ‘n Go Zing card, an autoreload card was awarded the prestigious “Most Innovative Prepaid Card Award” by the European Financial Management and Marketing Association (EFMA).
