Positions Responsibilities Requirements
Head, System Security,
Information Services Dept
Formulate, implement and ensure compliance to policies and procedures on key management, systems/application and network security.
Develop business plan and budget for the department and execute accordingly.
Plan and manage BS7799 compliance for ISD.
Lead, coach and empower system security team.
Provide security consultancy and training.
Degree in Computer science / IT / equivalent
IT Security Knowledge in Windows / Unix O/S and database (Oracle. SQL Server)
BS7799 knowledge added advantage
Project Management
At least 8 years related working experience
Team player with good analytical & interpersonal skills.
Technical Support Executive,
Information Services Dept.
(3 positions)
Carry out administration and maintenance of Windows and Unix servers.
Provide support and assistance to end-users.
Prepare report for management as required.
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
At least 3 years related working experience. Those with 5 years or more experience can be considered for Senior Executive position
Knowledge of networks or Oracle/MSSQL databases would be an advantage
Good writing and analytical skills
Good communication & interpersonal skills

Account Manager,
Marketing Dept
To assist marketing management with communications media and advertising materials to effectively represent the company's products and services to customers and prospects.
Receive work assignments based on current needs, experience of the specialist and specialist's particular strengths in advertising or communications
Meet with appropriate marketing representative to discuss communication needs or participates as a member of the sales and marketing team.
Monitor roll-out of the campaign and checks for success level at conclusion.
Provide selection of most appropriate and cost effective media through pre and post testing, measurement and evaluation.
Prepare and monitor budgets for advertising and promotional activities.
Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Advertising or related discipline.
At least 3 years experience in marketing / product management experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good written skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Positive attitude towards work.
Able to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments.
Able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
Executive – Call Centre,
Customer Service Dept.
(2 positions)
To handle enquiries and complaints (telephone, mail & e-mail) from customers and Point Of Sales (POS) with a professional, efficient and responsive manner.
To respond and act on customers’ enquiries and complaints in accordance to company’s Policies & Procedures.
To achieve and maintain the efficiency rate as required by management at all times in accordance to Departmental Objectives.
To assist Superiors in executing activities as planned in business and action plan.
To communicate effectively with customers/Service Providers or other Unit/Department staff in case resolution process.
To assume other related duties assigned by HOD or management as and when required.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Good verbal communication & telephone etiquette.
Skill in business writing is an added advantage.
Has the desire to perform & excel.
Assistant Supervisor,
Customer Service Dept.
Supervise and coordinate opening and closing activities.
Ensure all Customer Service Consultant perform their duties efficiently.
Compile all transaction reports from the service counters and submit to the relevant department.
Manage and monitor cash collection, inventory and other valuable items.
Report and resolve feedback from walk-in customers.
Diploma in any field.
Minimum 2 years working experience in supervisory role.
Good customer service skills, problem solving, oral and written communications skills.
Computer literate.
