If my physical card condition is good but the card is faulty, is there a fee to get a replacement card?

If the card is readable and you are the registered owner of the card in the system, an immediate replacement will be given without any additional fee. |

Can I authorize somebody to do it for me? |

Yes, you can. Please ensure the person brings along an authorisation letter. |

Will I get a free Touch 'n Go card? |
 |

|
|
|
If the faulty card is physically not in a good condition or is a "zero deposit" card, a card price of RM10 will be charged for replacement card. In addition, the new card will be given 1 year manufacturer's warranty. |
