What is PLUSTrack program? |

A toll for fleet made easy. A pioneer fleet card initiated by PLUS Expressways Berhad for tranporters alike your esteemed organization as an alternative electronic mode for toll payment. The product serves as a solution for day to day eficient fleet management and it offers handful of benefits to the subscribers. |

How does PLUSTrack work? |

| |
Subscribers will transfer requirements for toll usage to a prescribed account and the value will then be assigned to the dedicated reload terminals at the subscriber's end. Individual PLUSTrack cards will then be reloaded based on the driver's journey. |

Who is entitled for PLUSTrack program? |

What are the benefits of PLUSTrack? |

Subcribers will enjoy a more efficient day to day fleet management with professional support services. A loyalty program and toll rebates (subject to fulfillment of requirements) are also made available as extended form of benefits. |

Can number of subscription be increased from time to time? |

| |

| |
Yes. Subscribers at their own discretion may add number of vehicles under PLUSTrack from time to time. |

Can PLUSTrack be used at other highways? |
|

|
|
| |
We regret that PLUSTrack's usage is only bound for PLUS highway network only at this point of time (i.e. North South Expressway, Federal Highway Route II, ELITE, LINKEDUA and BKE). |

How does a PLUSTrack subscriber be rewarded? |

Under PLUS discretion, entitled subscribers will be rewarded via toll rebate provided these requirements are adhered :

Prompt payment for any outstanding amount billed. |
| • |
Lesser / decreasing monthly post paid amount. |
| • |
Increase in pool subscription, resulting in higher toll transactions. |

How does the rebate calculated? |

The rebate is calculated based on total transacted toll payment along our highway network. |

9. |
What happen if subscriber deconsolidate their account during the program? |
|
| |
|
|
| |
If the customer opt to discontinue their subscription, automatically they will not be entitled for the program as a whole. |

|
