We would like to thank En. Rosnan Shafie and En. Syed Haris for their valuable feedback. We are currently investigating the matter and working towards rectifying the problem. We wish to clarify that the problem reported by Mr. Thomas Tee earlier was due to a different reason caused by the use of dormant card.

Card users are advised to contact Touch ‘n Go Careline Centre at 03-7628 5115 or visit the nearest counter should they encounter similar problem.

On the unavailability of reload service at petrol stations during certain hours, rest assured that Touch ‘n Go is continuously expanding our reload channels by signing up more reload merchants, reload facility via bank ATMs or opt for our 'Zing card' with auto-reload feature in order to provide various options to our customers for their reload convenience.
