We thank Mr. Andrew for his feedback and would like to take this opportunity to provide further clarification on the matter.

Touch ‘n Go cards will become inactive or dormant if the cards have not recorded any transaction or usage for a consecutive period of 12 months. When a card becomes dormant, it is recommended that the card is renewed with a new one to avoid service disruptions at Touch ‘n Go usage points.

In Mr. Andrew’s case, his card became inactive as it has not been used for 2 years. We had contacted Mr. Andrew and advised him accordingly.

Card users are advised to contact Touch ‘n Go Careline Center at 03-7628 5115 or visit the nearest service counter should they experience similar problem. We also would like to apologize to Mr. Andrew for the inconveniences caused.
